We are all very excited about bringing this to you. The Empowerment Circle, is a gathering of spiritually, like-minded, men and women, who support one another in today’s world. Many people do not have a place to gather and talk frankly with others about subjects some would consider ‘out there’. We want to create a community where you can come together and just Be.

Our afternoons will be filled with various activities, which can include meditation, chanting, energy sharing, journey work, discussions, plus things we haven’t even thought of yet!

And we’d like you to be a part of it, whether its through participation, joining consciously and non-judgmentally discussions or giving ideas for future gatherings. This is a place for you.

Celtic Shamanism 2012- 4 Part Series
Celebrating the Celtic Seasons - with Mary Cameron and Pat Beck

Join Mary and Pat, Shamanic Practitioners in celebrating the Celtic cycle of life, death, rebirth and the magic of these special holy days.

Cost $165 for all 4 seasons or $50.00 a season for existing students payable at Imbolc.

Questions can be taken by contacting Mary or John Cameron at Walking Winds.

Imbolc- (welcoming the return of Spring)

Jan. 28th Noon- 9 PM
This is the time when the hammer is thrown down, the ice is cracked and Spring is welcomed in. The seeds buried deep within the earth (and ourselves)  are now germinating and so are we. We will journey in the Spirit boat to the Isle of Eternal Youth.

Beltane - Celtic Summer (Returning to the Light)

April 28th  Noon – 9 PM
In some traditions, the Shaman willingly consumes or takes on another’s illness or suffering to transmute it into less harmful energies that can be returned safely to the greater universe. The Celtic version of this comes down to us in myth and folklore as the Beheading Game. Beheading Game, and Celtic Fire Ceremony.

Lughnasadh (Lugh’s Feast)

Aug. 4th  Noon – 9 PM
Shamanic Death Ritual: “Today is a great day to die.” When we release fears of our death we embrace our life.

Samhain Celebration (The Celtic New Year)

Nov. 4th  Noon – 9 PM
The Wild Hunt is a form of ritual battle against the coming forces of death and destruction. Here at the gateway of Samhain, we work with the Bone Mother to help the souls of the dead cross over, as we gently sing them home. The Fomorian gods of chaos are kept at bay as we dance the hunt in a collective shamanic experience.

This experience includes, a Celtic Fire Ceremony with the Ancient Wicker Man, Wild Hunt a Collective Shamanic Experience, and Ceremonial work with the Bone Mother.

Full Moon Ceremonies - with Eagle Skyfire

Walking Winds is hosting Eagle Skyfire and her Full Moon Ceremonies.

In the spirit of Love, Honor, & Respect, these sacred ceremonies of the Taino people are open to all who wish to share fellowship, and prayer. These rituals are conducted in the tradition of the Caney, the Native peoples of the Caribbean. The Red Road of all Native Americans throughout the Americas are honored.

For all Full Moon gatherings you may want to bring something to sit upon. Rattle, and drums are always welcomed. A wonderful way to celebrate community is to bring a finger food or non-alcoholic drink to share after Circle. During Thanksgiving and New Fire ceremonies a covered dish rather than finger food is requested.

A gift for the celebrant (Eagle Skyfire) is customary. She is in need of traditional gifts of cedar, sage, natural tobacco, sweet grass, & all cotton cloth (broad is good) to make prayer robes. One yard of one color is a fine gift that would be much appreciated. The *solid* colors that she uses are red, yellow, black, white, light green, dark green, or blue.

Please contact Eagle Skyfire at

or Mary Cameron at 215-679-7091 if you plan on attending.

Hatha Yoga/Power Yoga/Pilates

Indira Gandhi once said, "You must learn to be still in the midst of activity and to be vibrantly alive in repose." This is what yoga offers to students.

Yoga is an excellent form of moving mediation the strengthens the body, mind and spirit. As you stretch through a wide range of motion and weight-shifting, you are continually balancing, and with repetition will enjoy greater flexibility, build deep core stamina and long, toned muscles. Yoga helps to align the spine and whole skeletal structure, creates firmer neck muscles, improves and corrects posture.

Deep breathing techniques expand lung capacity, can lower blood pressure and will stimulate the circulation.... all this goodness begins with your breath.
