Mary’s sessions are unique in that she uses multiple modalities and gifts to achieve results. She is skilled in life-mentoring, shamanic practices, and is Reiki Master. Whether you’re recovering from trauma or a life changing event, have lost your way to live fully, struggling with an illness, Mary will work with you to return back to a fuller more rewarding life. She can help you see how challenges shape you and help you grow. Further she will encourage decisions and changes that will help create a stronger more vibrant and purposeful you.
